Why my online program is for you?
I designed my online program for men over the age of 35 because I wanted to help men, husbands and fathers who I could clearly see were struggling with their body shape and fitness.
I’ve been coaching for over 13 years now and have seen one common problem in men over the age of 35.
High levels of belly fat which is detrimental to long term health. In the short term it has a massive impact on energy levels, self esteem and confidence.
I wanted to provide a simple solution for men so that they can get their body back in shape without taking up too much of their daily life either cooking meals or training at the gym.
I’ll be honest and say that although I love training at the gym. I also do not want to spend any longer than 50 minutes working out. My time is precious and just like you I would rather spend more time with my family.
My program cuts through the nutritional and training B.S. which is unfortunately rife within my industry at the moment due to too many unqualified and inexperienced people having a platform to spout absolute garbage.
My burn and build program goes back to the basics of what gets results for burning fat and building muscle.
It’s actually not that complicated.
I have a simple system and structure for controlling your calories.
I design a training program that suits your current fitness levels and weekly time schedule.
I provide support and accountability through weekly zoom performance and progress calls.
We do this for 60 days and get great results.
